*F.S.T.C 07 ALUMNI APPROVED GUIDELINE*

1. Never use the group to berate someone else or air grievances on someone or a fellow member let the Admin know and handle it.

2. Any member of this Honourable house can move a motion for elections, investigation or any other decisions to be adopted by the house.
However before it can the adopted, a member must move a motion and the another member seconds that motion provided there are no counter-motions.
With counter-motion raised, it must also be seconded and that nullifies the initial motion.

3. Meeting and dues will be arranged among members which will be through zoom or any other call app.

4. Politically partisan posts: FSTC 007 Alumni is a politically neutral forum and cannot
therefore be associated via postings which supports or opposes any
political group in Nigeria, except the aspirant is a member of the group; then he or she is free to seek support.

5. Pornographic material, depictions of graphic or violence (images or text)
,tribalistic, racially offensive posts
, uncivil or rude posts are not allowed in group, immediate removal from the group is bound to occur.

6. Posting of malicious links isn't allowed in d group
to avoid be compromising personal data of members.

7. Please do not spam the group with unnecessary chains and forward messages, music videos and clips etc. That includes multiple messages of prayers and religious items, except on days marked as group religious days.

8. No use of abusive language and stickers that can incite to violence in the group. When there is argument between members, the admin is mandated to remove them to maintain sanity in d group then readd them when issues are resolved.

9. Anyone who have an event and informs the group, the admin will delegate members who will represent the alumni..

10. Donation will be made for any member who seeks support (financially or otherwise), after proper investigation have been carried out.

11. Members should always reach out to fellow members and report situation to the group.

12. All members will *REINTRODUCE* his or herself with pictures, area of residency and profession when the admin ask for them, this is to aid new members blend in fast.

13. Monthly or quarterly prize will be given to members as encouragement in the group for being active.

14. Group members are encourage to provide their birth dates so we can celebrate with them.

15. The use of sticker should not be abused. Consistent abuse of stickers will attract a warning and subsequent fine of N500.

16. Offensive memes can be pardoned with *APOLOGY* but that person receives a yellow card. If the person repeats such act, then the person will be removed for 24hrs after an apology is tendered.
Repeat offenders will be removed till further notice.

17. Fridays are set for all business advert including market advert too.
